Get excited to watch a group of bears become extinct as they approach the 3km marker....what are they doing in the D1 race anyway? I guess if they all blow up they can just say they went for a glorified tempo run right?

We went for a fast race. We got a fast race. Maybe you should worry more about your own race then ours...
Maybe even get your own message board?
Do they have internet in the place that smells like it sounds?....

Results?
P.S. Harry, I met one of the St FX boys you trained with in Paris (Lee, now in Guelph). He said you were hitting some pretty solid mileage while in Europe, so I'm impressed.
I think I found out more about your trip in a two minute conversation with someone I had never met before than I had discovered in the many months of combing through your terse (and infrequent) message board postings for clues.

ha can't believe I am about to post results, anyway looks like Da Bears finished a solid 21 out of 22 beating out North Dakota in the Gold Divison. Alberta Lebouf-26:05-104th Weikum-26:17-122 Kong-27:41-188 Law-27:42-190 Carver-27:53-196 Well, not sure if this exactly what the Da Bears should be starting the season off with, nothing like going down to the states and being crushed and run down; atleast that is how the results are telling the story to me. Ouch

Yo
The bears went down and Glen put us in the div 1 race not because he thought we would win but because he wanted us to just get in a pack and race hard.
Max had a decent day he will be flying by the time CIS comes around I was happy with my race, fitness is improving Graeme had an asthma attack but still finished, I feel like he is going to pop something big this year... he is killing me in training Cody and Pat both had good ones
Just a new experience for all of us and I think it was a good idea to go down, none of us felt disappointed we got beat, I am actually not sure how we got scored as we were told it was 7 scorers
The div 2 race was great but I would rather have a good tough race then place well in a race that means absolutely nothing.

Lee is a good guy, but though I met him in Paris I trained with him in Czech Republic/Austria. Some of the stories have come out since my return but I will make no claims in defense of my message board posts. Though my mileage was decent in Europe, my current fitness is nothing to be impressed with. CIS is looking like a tough bet but I still have four and half weeks to get my act together. Da Bears are deep this year and it is going to be a hard team to make. Go Bears.
