One where the slow out of shape people can run in.

Gordie, you should come out to practice for a few track sessions before you race. How's the training been going lately?

Training during the week Sucks, Not aloud to go out side of the camps at Work. ( @ Ft. Mcmurray) So it all treadmill runs. But im getting 30-40 km a week in. So not much running has been going on.
Ran the Cn run Yesterday. Was horrid thought it started at 7:45 was strething and doing strides then came around the corner and every one was gone. 3 Min into the race my Shoes lace came undone, And of course i tied my racing chip on the bow. ran back to pick it up, then contuined to run along. After that it was all picking up pace. last 3 km was good ran 9:35 fot the last 3 km. But the 1st 12 km was 4-5 mins per Km.
