Bi-annual, yes but this does not mean they have to 6 months a part; it only means the race must take place twice a year. As you may remember, the last Jeans 400 was at the end of the outdoor season and for safety and training reasons the next Jeans 400 will be held at the end of indoor season. So you can expect the race to go shortly after CIS Championships. That would make it early to mid April. I understand that have a date is key to your training but the Jeans 400 board will be meeting to iron out the details of the event in the coming weeks. An official press release will be held shortly after. This year we are expecting a large turn out, thus we face the complications of running heats, also we are looking in to placing restrictions on the type of denim worn during the races and the possibility of invitations to external athletes. Our inaugural race was sort of last minute and lacked proper preparation that such a high calibre meet, like the Jeans 400 requires. On be have of the Jeans 400 board we thank you for your interest and we are looking forward to your participation in our upcoming event.

Would cut-offs count as jeans, or do they have to be full length jeans? If they're aloud a new set of sexy cut-offs might make it into my wardrobe.

Buy I love the idea of a snowshoe race. I have my own and I could easily rent a bunch from MEC for next to nothing. Is there any interest in an outdoor showshoe 400?

Can you wear extremely baggy ones? I going to try and find some high performance racing jeans.

How about paint -on jeans? I think I can round some up from the White Snake concert auction. www.whitesnakeauction.org ( I wisht this link worked) And if we're running this thing twice a year, wouldn't it be 'semi-annual'? Dal
